Since 2011 we’ve maintained a contractual agreement with Panama Communications to provide onsite cabling installations and troubleshooting to businesses like yours nationwide. We currently supply fixed price onsite support to over 1000 sites across the UK and offshore.
Our Helpdesk offers you first line support for connectivity issues through to payment terminal troubleshooting and telephone handset replacement, with engineers available six days a week 8am-6pm.
If a solution cannot be found over the phone or via remote support (e.g. in the case of a physical cabling issue an engineer with suitable skills will be sent to your site), we’ll prioritise each case individually to ensure that critical issues are resolved promptly and meet our agreed SLAs.
No job is too big or too small
We’re ready to work on your project, from individual site installations to those requiring hundreds of site visits within limited timescales. Together with Panama, we’ve carried out installations and surveys from call centre wallboards to site surveys and full network migrations.
